the walking distance to the venue was excellent. The huge pool and friendly staff were highlights. Clean rooms with hot showers and patio doors leading to the pool area were great.

The penthouse was absolutely stunning and worth every penny. We were amazed by the spaciousness and the luxurious amenities provided. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful canal and villas on the other side. It truly added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel special from the moment we arrived.

The location of the resort was a bit of a drawback. It was quite far from the main tourist areas, making transportation a bit pricey.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities were exceptional and our needs were fulfilled. The service was top-notch, especially the spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace also provided a great place for relaxation. The restaurant offered a delicious dinner and the bar/lounge area had a wide variety of beverages. It was a perfect place to unwind. We were impressed with the private facilities and the location advantages provided by this hotel.

There was only one minor issue we faced, which was that the garden area needed some maintenance. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it for those looking for a luxurious and relaxing place to stay.

Excellent

I had an amazing first experience staying at Nh Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort. The location was excellent, with stunning views of the marina and plenty of nearby amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The resort had excellent facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation experience.

As young people, we absolutely loved this place! The quiet location, spacious room, and fantastic pool were just what we needed. The staff were friendly and helped us organize transportation to and from the old town market. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and gave us a breakfast pack for our early check-out. We can't fault them at all! We'll definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for Christmas. The hotel was in a beautiful area surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. The pool was undoubtedly the best aspect of the hotel. It was clean and well maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The hotel had some negative aspects. The room was quite dirty and not well-maintained.
