We had a great stay at this clean and well-organized lodge. the room matched the pictures and had everything we needed. the hot tub was a highlight and the fact that it was limited to 30-minute sessions kept it from being crowded. the location is convenient, close to town, and the staff can arrange a shuttle for the Tongariro Crossing. a fantastic spot for our trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this venue! The location was perfect as it was right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. We loved the comfy and clean rooms with great amenities like the heating and tea/coffee facilities. The staff was super helpful with arranging our activities, like the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. We also enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi, and sun terrace for some much-needed R&R.

There was only one minor issue we noticed - the windows in our room were a bit tricky to close due to the frame. But this did not take away from our wonderful experience.

The location of the lodge was very convenient, as it was just a short walk to the shops in town. Additionally, it was situated right next to a busy highway, making it easily accessible for travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to arranging activities like the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. The communal kitchen and cooking facilities in the room were well-equipped and suitable for preparing meals.

The breakfast could have been better in terms of quality and presentation. There could have been more options for vegetarian cooked dishes to cater to a wider range of guests.

Everything great

I recently stayed at a lodge in a quiet location with two big kitchens, good water pressure, and a perfect central location. The best part was the EV charger, which despite a small hiccup, allowed us to charge our car for 3 hours. The lodge was clean and the staff even left the key for us since we arrived late. I would definitely consider returning to this lovely accommodation. I highly recommend it.

Had an amazing Xmas vacation at a modern and clean hostel located in the heart of a charming town. Enjoyed complimentary bike rental and easy access to the main shopping area with great eateries and a supermarket nearby. the hostel was very comfortable and had plenty of seating, stable bunk beds, and informative and friendly hosts. Another advantage was the availability of a nice lounge where I could play pool and other games.

The walls of the hostel were paper-thin and I was disturbed by the noise of kids running up and down the stairs all night. it was difficult to close the doors silently as the locks needed to be adjusted.

The location of the lodge is very convenient, being close to the town center, restaurants, and a supermarket. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. They also provide parking facilities for guests, which comes in handy when the car park is full. the bathroom has shelving, allowing guests to conveniently put their belongings. The lodge is also in close proximity to the bus station.

Some of the reviews mention noise issues from nearby traffic and construction work.
