I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. The hotel had fantastic facilities, including a top-floor club lounge and a bar area for late-night snacks and drinks. The location was perfect, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The accommodations were great and the nearby shopping was convenient. The highlight of my stay was dining at The Grill restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious meal. Additionally, the spa staff provided excellent service and the massage was truly relaxing. The sauna and steam room were also fantastic amenities. The friendly staff made the entire experience comforting and enjoyable.

We recently stayed at a renowned hotel in St. Louis and were blown away by the spacious and beautifully decorated room on the 17th floor. The Club Level experience was truly special, with attentive staff and delicious food throughout the day. Despite the fitness center being under renovation, the hotel kindly provided us with a nearby fitness center and spa as a complimentary amenity. The proximity to the university was unbeatable, making it perfect for a college trip. I would highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious accommodations and top-notch service.

Great location and comfortable rooms. The lobby has a lively atmosphere in the evenings. Housekeeping could improve timing and turn down service, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. I had a small inconvenience with the breakfast charge, but the housekeeping manager made up for it with a room rate reduction. Despite these minor hiccups, I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast service was a bit chaotic on a busy Saturday. Staff initially insisted I sit at the bar, but after requesting to speak with a supervisor, they found me a better spot. Aida, our server, was wonderful. The spa staff provided a great experience, with a comforting sauna and steam room. The beds were incredible and the staff was very helpful and courteous. a top-notch experience.

Good location just outside downtown, ideal for business and leisure. the lobby is vibrant and great for drinks. Comfortable rooms, although turn down service was lacking. Attentive employees and impeccable cleanliness. Enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment.

Great location in the heart of a lively and upscale neighborhood. Plenty of high-end restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, easy access to public transportation.
