Good location, safe neighborhood. Helpful and polite staff, especially Joseph at the lobby bar. Hotel staff can assist with arranging affordable tours. Mr. Willie, the manager, was very helpful. Airport transfer available for a fee. Tasty food from the restaurant. Great value for money. Will return.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with the added convenience of a small fridge to store drinks and snacks. The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the city center and there are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and provides fast service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and there are various facilities available, such as airport transfer and tour arrangements, at affordable rates.

The showers need improvement as they have instant heaters and the water pressure can be low if you want hot water.

I was pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at this hotel. the room rates were very affordable compared to other options in the area. They went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The hotel building was quite old and in need of maintenance. It lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noise from the hotel yard and surrounding areas.
