The room was lovely, very cosy, warm, and comfortable. It was perfectly spacious for a family of four. the database had a great selection of amenities and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room smelt very strongly of curry on arrival. the kitchen was poorly equipped for local New Zealand users, okay I suppose if using it like a motel.

One improvement could be better-equipped kitchens for guests' convenience.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, situated near the living area of Lake Tekapo. It is just a short walk away from the town centre and offers beautiful views of the lake from behind the bakery. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious, with clean bathrooms and comfortable furnishings. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen and even have access to a hot spa pool for relaxation.

The reception hours are limited and it can be challenging to get assistance or communicate with staff during non-operational hours.

This place was mind-blowing! Having your own jaw-dropping kitchen, dining, and living areas downstairs with super-sized bedrooms upstairs was absolutely fantastic. We loved our own little courtyard too. The facility manager was so helpful and checked in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The location, just a 5-minute walk to town with breathtaking views of the lake from the footbridge, was unbeatable. The decor was outstanding and the space provided for our group of 6 adults was unreal - it felt like we were in a mansion! The walk-in wardrobe off the master bedroom was bigger than some people's entire bedrooms. We also loved the cozy fireplace, it added such a nice touch. The proximity to the lakefront was perfect, not too close to be disturbed by campervans, but close enough to enjoy the stunning views. The laundry and kitchen facilities were great, and once the fireplace was working, it was a wonderful feature. We had a super comfortable stay and definitely plan on coming back.

The apartment was amazing, clean, and tidy. The staff were very helpful. The spa was hotter than 35 degrees, which was perfect for me. The 3 bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had a decent outdoor area and balcony. It was lovely and quiet. The management was very accommodating. The location was a short walk to the lake, approximately 7 minutes.

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the area, as it is just a short drive from both the lake and the town center. Guests can easily access the beautiful lake and enjoy a leisurely stroll along its shores. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to Tekapo Village means that guests have easy access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel leaves much to be desired. From damaged walls and stained carpets to stale odors and dirty toilets, these issues detract from the overall experience.

Our Xmas experience was great. We enjoyed complementary breakfast and a bottle of wine on arrival. the hotel was conveniently located near the town, and we were able to explore the surroundings. the rooms were spacious and had a great view of the landscape.

The hotel's cleanliness wasn't up to par. There were some dirty towels, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Our stay at Mantra was fantastic! The location was perfect and we had a great time enjoying the snow luge, ice skating, and hot pools nearby. The apartment was clean, tidy, and modern with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble with the gas fire, they came right away to assist us. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel here that was perfect for my family. The location was fantastic, right on the edge of the lake and just a quick drive from town where we could enjoy some delicious cafes. The service was exceptional and they were able to provide us with everything we needed, including a portacot and highchair, to make our stay even more comfortable. The heating kept us warm throughout the night and we loved having tea and coffee facilities in our room. You can also enjoy the leisure spa and wellness centre with its swimming pool, jacuzzi, and bbq facilities. Additionally, the sun terrace and garden area were great places to relax in as well.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location for family ski trips with easy access to a park and garage for unloading gear. Well-designed apartments with ample space and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the spaciousness and warm rooms, perfect for a snowy night. Staff was accommodating, allowing for a late check out. Lovely decor and generous sized rooms made it feel like a home away from home.
