I had a delightful stay at a charming chalet with timber ceilings. The one-bedroom unit was incredibly comfortable with full kitchen facilities and a cozy lounge suite. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and bars. The staff even had the heater turned on for me upon arrival, adding a warm touch to the already inviting atmosphere. The cleanliness of the chalet was spotless, and the attention to detail was apparent. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stopover. I was impressed with my stay at Mountain Chalets Motel.

We stayed in these private cabins for a few days and loved the kitchenette and the convenient parking right in front. The location was great, just a short drive from town and within reach of Mt. Cook. They even let us check in early, which was a nice touch. The chalets themselves were cozy and comfortable, with spacious living areas and comfortable beds. The laundry facilities were handy, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. a wonderful stay!

The studio was well-equipped with all the necessary items for cooking and ironing. the bed was firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the heating in the room was excellent, and there was even a ceiling fan for better air circulation. the beautiful scenery at sunrise was a delightful bonus, creating a romantic atmosphere. the convenient location allowed for easy access to the nearby Town Centre, just a short drive away.

The room was small and lacked sufficient furniture, and there were no hangers provided. the cutlery provided was limited and not clean, which was quite inconvenient.

The location of the motel is great, as it is handy to all shops and close to the town center. It is also conveniently located near a fantastic Cafe called Mint Co, where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Additionally, the motel is situated close to surrounding attractions such as Lake Pukaki and Mount Cook, offering stunning views and the opportunity for outdoor activities.

One downside is that the shower head could be better.

The chalets at this hotel were lovely, with a beautiful design and very comfortable lounges and beds. The bathroom facilities may not have been luxurious, but the rest of the chalet more than made up for it. The hotel also had convenient laundry facilities and was located close to shops and supermarkets. The gorgeous scenery and easy access to Mount Cook made it a perfect location for many outings and activities.

Nothing to improve, all was ok.

This place was a great spot for our holiday getaway. the location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. We also loved the fact that there was a playground and mini golf course nearby, which kept the kids entertained. the self-contained family unit had everything we needed and was fantastic value for money.

there was a loud group of guests nearby who partied late into the night, which was quite disruptive. we accidentally left a pair of glasses behind and despite our efforts to retrieve them, the management was unresponsive.

We loved the cozy layout of our unit, especially the fun loft that the kids enjoyed. Though we had to brush away a cobweb and there was a small issue with a cupboard door, overall the unit was clean and comfortable. Once we turned on the heat pump, it was nice and warm for the chilly nights. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a cozy lodge surrounded by stunning natural landscapes. the lodge provided complimentary BBQ facilities and a spacious outdoor seating area, which was perfect for family gatherings. We had a great time exploring nearby hiking trails and lakes. the location was peaceful, yet conveniently close to town.

Some aspects of our stay were less than satisfactory. We experienced difficulty adjusting the temperature of the water in the kitchen sink, as well as in the shower.

This hotel is a great value for money with comfortable beds, basic amenities available in all chalet units. The location is picturesque in a lovely valley in the Aoraki MacKenzie Dark Sky Reserve. It is conveniently located within the town center of Twizel and has a nice public park separating the two.

Everything was okay during our stay and we had a great time.
