We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful boutique hotel. the rooms were comfy, clean, and nicely decorated. the staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. the location was ideal, within walking distance to the center of town and other attractions. the restaurant offered excellent food, and parking was convenient. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

Shower had black mold and poor drainage.

I had a wonderful stay at the charming Victoria Hotel. The central location made it easy for me to explore the city. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty. Plus, I was impressed by the elegant decor throughout the hotel.

The only minor inconvenience was having to pre-book the spa, which wasn't ideal for a one-night stay. Additionally, I would have appreciated toiletries and free water in the room, as well as tea and coffee facilities.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious, and clean, providing a pleasant stay. The service from the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious foods, including fresh fruit, eggs, meats, cheese. the hotel's location, although away from the really busy, tourist part of the city, was still conveniently within walking distance to the main square and other sights.

The hotel is situated outside of the main tourist area but within walking distance, which is a disadvantage as the neighborhood can have a strong stench of urine.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to the center of the city, making it convenient to explore all the attractions on foot. We were able to easily walk to local restaurants and experience the authentic flavors of the area. It was a great way to immerse ourselves in the culture of Italy, as it was an area we hadn't visited before.

We would have appreciated a wider variety of options in the breakfast selection, considering the hotel's 4-star rating.

The room I was given was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location was ideal, as it was in the center close to the harbour and within walking distance of the city center. It made it so convenient to explore the city and take in all the sights. The staff at this hotel were top-notch and provided excellent service. From the friendly reception desk team to the hardworking breakfast staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet had a lot of options that satisfied my hunger. the staff was also very helpful when I needed help navigating the area.

Our room was plain and didn't offer much in terms of comfort. It was also too far from the attractions we wanted to see, so we ended up spending a lot of time and money on transportation.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the spa and sauna, were top-notch. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the tourist center, Canal Grande, and Piazza Unità d'Italia. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Gheorghio, who gave us great tips on where to eat and how to get around the city.
