I recently stayed at Loch Ness Clansman for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional, with Adam and the bagpipe-playing young man going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of Loch Ness from our room's balcony. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and shortbread. The restaurant served delicious food, including a special birthday dessert. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel even offered loch cruises. we loved our stay!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The views from our room and the restaurant were breathtaking, overlooking Loch Ness. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-stocked and reasonably priced bar, and the restaurant offered delicious meals made from local produce. The staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable, and they even helped us book a boat trip on the loch. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of our stay, especially considering that it could have been expensive and touristy.

As foreign tourists, we loved the breathtaking Loch view from our bedroom and the restaurant. The staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The food was amazing, with delicious options like scallops, black pudding, cullen skink, and perfectly cooked fillet steaks. We will definitely be back for another lovely time.

I had a fantastic solo trip to a hotel on the shores of Loch Ness. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the loch and even the castle. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great shower. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed exploring the beautiful areas around Inverness. it was a wonderful experience being surrounded by such natural beauty.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to everything. It is situated on the side of Loch Ness, providing stunning views from both the rooms and the restaurant. it is conveniently located right on the loch side and opposite the harbor for boat trips. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The staff in the restaurant are efficient and friendly, offering great service. the food is excellent, with a delicious Cullen Skink and a special lamb burger being particular highlights.

The hotel lacks a lift, which can be inconvenient for guests who have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

We spent Easter at a hotel in the Loch Ness area and had a somewhat pleasant stay. the hotel staff offered complementary chocolate eggs and a nice gingerbread bunny upon arrival which was a nice gesture. the hotel was located in a picturesque area with stunning views of the surrounding hills and countryside. they offered a tasty continental breakfast that was included in the room rate.

There were many areas for improvement. the room was in dire need of renovation - peeling wallpaper, a damp smell, and old furniture were some of the worst aspects.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located on the shores of Loch Ness, it provides a stunning view of the loch from some of its rooms. The staff are friendly and provide good service, and the basic amenities are well-kept. The breakfast includes a reasonable quantity of hot food and is frequently replenished, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
