Great location right in Courtney Place near bars, cafes, and restaurants. Easy walk to The Opera House, CBD shopping, and dining options. The design of the room was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable and prompt in their responses. In-house breakfast available and parking on site. a fantastic experience and I will definitely be back.

Great central location, within walking distance to many shops and cafes. Friendly staff and lovely entrance. Plush towels and luxurious wide pillows provided in rooms. Rooms were quiet, despite the heavy doors. excellent value for money.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is incredibly modern with impressive amenities. Close to the most popular attractions, guests find tons of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms have some noticeable issues. Some of the executive suites are small and lack proper privacy with unusually designed, glass-walled bathrooms, leaving some guests unhappy.

My partner and I had a great stay at the Oaks in the heart of Courtenay Place. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to all our desired destinations. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, complete with a balcony and kitchenette. One standout feature was the TV, offering an impressive selection of channels, including live sports events. The friendly and welcoming reception staff added to our enjoyable experience. We look forward to returning.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The friendly staff provided a very fast check-in process and were very accommodating when we had some noise issues. The location is perfect! So close to great eateries and shopping stores. The room was big and very quiet, and the air conditioning was just what we needed on hot days. The shower is definitely worth mentioning!

The location of the hotel is fantastic for exploring the city, and my room was warm and comfortable. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom door, my stay was enjoyable and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a great Christmas stay in a new hotel with fantastic location! Staff were friendly and helpful, and they even offered complementary wine and chocolates. The bed was super comfy, and we loved the big TV in the room. Plus, everything was walking distance.

We did notice some cons during our stay. The shower floor was quite slippery, which was a bit dangerous.

The rooms at Oaks Wellington Hotel are so fresh and inviting. I loved the fully equipped kitchen and the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. As a nature lover, having a range of accommodation options and being in the heart of Wellington was perfect for me.

Personally, I found the MP3 docking stations a bit outdated.
