Wow! The attention to detail at this accommodation is top-notch. From the luxurious bath robes and brilliant shower to the beautiful furnishings and high-quality amenities, it felt like staying at a 5-star hotel. The hosts were also friendly and welcoming, providing great tips on places to see. The availability of laundry facilities for guests was an added bonus.

It felt like staying with family, in the best way possible. Nothing to complain about here!

The room was so cozy and had everything I needed - from a coffee machine to a flat-screen TV. the bed was super comfy, and the shower was top-notch, making me feel pampered like in a 5-star hotel.

The shared garden view might bother some, but it didn't bother me.

We had an amazing stay at Okauia House! the apartment was beautifully furnished and felt like a luxurious suite at the Ritz. the kitchen was well-supplied, the bathroom had a fantastic spa shower, and the views of the surrounding mountains and pastures were breathtaking. Miriam, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering rides and helping us with technology. the location was perfect, close to Matamata, Hobbiton, and the Hauraki Rail Trail. We highly recommend Okauia House for its location, amenities, and exceptional service!
