The staff at this riad were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the traditional decor of the riad gave it a luxurious and authentic feel. the location was ideal, with attractions and the main square within walking distance. We enjoyed the complimentary mint tea and pastries upon arrival, as well as the delicious traditional meals served at the riad.

Finding the riad was a bit challenging, as the road name on the website didn't match the actual spelling. the swimming pool was smaller than expected, more like a plunge pool.

The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave us each a bracelet upon departure. The breakfast and complimentary mint tea on the rooftop were a delightful treat. The hotel is located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood with a charming alleyway. The terrace had a mesmerizing charm, and the option to have an early breakfast was greatly appreciated. The owner's recommendations for activities were helpful and enjoyable.

Our stay at Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha was incredible. The rooftop view was breathtaking, offering a 360-degree vista of the city. We enjoyed having breakfast there, especially the delicious yogurt. The riad itself was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There were numerous lounging areas both inside and on the rooftop, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, always courteous and helpful. Additionally, the central location within the medina made it convenient to explore the city. we had a fantastic experience at Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha and would highly recommend it.
