Arrived late after a cancelled flight, hungry, but no room service available. Ordered Uber Eats for a soggy pizza. Apart from this inconvenience, the newly opened hotel was impeccable, with a spacious room and convenient location. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Despite newbie hiccups, I relished the swift room, wishing for more time. the towers' puzzles amused my jet-lagged brain. Home country's Kiwi charm stayed alive in the room - and in me. The breakfast at Pullman Auckland Airport was AMAZING; the beds were super comfortable, and the minibar snacks were a nice touch. the hotel's convenient location made it perfect for an overnight stay near the airport. the staff members were helpful, but there were some service hiccups due to the hotel's recent opening. Although lacking experienced staff, the relaxation facilities and nearby landmarks such as Otuataua Stonefields, Rocket Ropes, and Ambury Park offered great family bonding opportunities.

Just one thing – we wished there was a rad nightclub or live music venue right at the hotel for us young party animals to keep the energy levels high 24/7!
