This hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The location on the marina was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to the harbourside cafes. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The basic amenities were all in good condition, and our room with air conditioning on the apartment level was spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed having a balcony to relax on.

As young families, we loved the spacious and comfortable room with a beautiful view and big sliding windows. The beds and couch were cozy, and the cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was great, with restaurants nearby and a good restaurant in the hotel complex. The staff, including the concierge Sarah, were super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pina colada made by the lady at the bar. The ceiling fan was a nice addition, and we didn't even need to use the air-conditioning.

The bed in the deluxe room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were so luxurious. Another great feature was the air conditioning and ceiling fan in the room, making it cool and comfortable even on hot days. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, parking was convenient and hassle-free.

Although the room had been updated, the shower over the bath and old-style toilet were a bit outdated. The small fridge also generated a lot of heat, which was a bit uncomfortable.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the marina and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like TV and mini-bar. The breakfast at the restaurant is excellent and well-priced. Plus, the view from the upgraded rooms is marvellous, providing a beautiful and quiet atmosphere.

The kitchen area needs to be attended to, as it was disorganized and dirty, which is not ideal for a hotel of this caliber.

Located on the beautiful Northland coast, this hotel offers stunning sea views and is just a short walk away from local amenities and restaurants. The outside seating area is the perfect spot to relax and soak in the breathtaking views. The spacious rooms are comfortable and clean, with TV and minibar. The attached Wahi cafe serves a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The front desk service can be a bit casual at times.

Nothing to complain about at all.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. the breakfast crepes were amazing! the reusable cups for coffee and no plastic straws were a nice touch. the pool was small but nice, and the location was perfect for boat excursions and hiking trails. We also enjoyed the range of TV channels.

The toilet seat was broken, and some of the bathroom amenities were empty. the TV in room 313 had a delayed picture and an unresponsive SKY remote.
