The hotel is in a great location, situated right next to a bustling restaurant precinct and close to the harbor. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast served was satisfactory and there were facilities available, such as an iron upon request.

There were some issues with the bathroom, including poor hydraulics and leaks from the shower.

The hotel was located in a great district, close to shopping and with easy access to the historic area. the rooms were clean and well-serviced, and the breakfast provided a good variety of options. I also appreciated the flexibility of their late check-in policy, which was helpful for our travel arrangements over the Christmas holiday.

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Palermo and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and my son loved having his own bedroom within our room. The bathroom was also a good size, with a nice shower and ample toiletries. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel itself was well-maintained.

One minor drawback was that the breakfast was the same every day. It would have been nice to have some variety, especially in a 4-star hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and in a quiet area. I was able to walk to all the attractions in Palermo and the bus to Mondello beach was just a 5-minute walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, and the facilities were great. The breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service.
