Lovely staff, accommodating, early check-in, good laundry service, decent location despite road works.

We had a very quiet and peaceful stay at the Queenstown Motel Apartments. The Adults Only policy ensured a relaxing and calm atmosphere throughout our visit. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was convenient, within walking distance of town, allowing us to leave the car behind and avoid the gridlock of traffic. The shower pressure was exceptional, providing a refreshing experience. we found our stay enjoyable and would recommend this property for a peaceful getaway.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The location was great, just a short walk away from the town center and yet away from all the hustle and bustle. The rooms were amazing, so spacious, clean, and modern. We had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to heating and even soundproofed rooms. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The amenities were also top-notch, with a lovely garden area and free Wi-Fi. this place provided us with excellent comfort and quality services.

The only small downside we experienced was the timing of the laundry facility. It was supposed to be unlocked at 8:00 am, but the staff didn't arrive until closer to 9:30 am on the days we wanted to use it.

Room exceeded expectations. Well, equipped with kettle, iron, hotplate, and more. Convenient location near city and public transport. Comfortable bed and great service attitude.

Located between two bus stops, close to the lake front and in the waiting area at the restaurant, this motel offers a convenient location for exploring the town. The rooms are equipped with good amenities and the owners provide helpful recommendations for activities in the area. Guests can enjoy free, unlimited and easily accessible wifi. The bathroom is newly built and in excellent condition.

The rooms may lack natural light and ventilation, requiring the use of a portable fan to remain comfortable.

I spent my thanksgiving in this motel and while it wasn't the best experience, it wasn't totally terrible either. There were a couple of good things that I liked, such as the value for money and the great views. the staff were also quite nice. Location-wise, the motel was in a pretty good spot that was convenient to get around to other places. these aspects made my stay somewhat enjoyable.

But, then there were other things that I absolutely disliked. the rooms were quite dated and in need of a serious renovation.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and stunning views of the lake and mountains from the carpark. The location was convenient, just a short walk from town, and the staff at the motel were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast offerings could use improvement, perhaps adding more variety or options.

The staff at this motel were extremely accommodating and provided excellent customer service. They were very friendly and approachable, making our stay comfortable and easy. The location was also great, just a short walk from the wharf in the center of town. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and fresh. The bathroom was excellent, with both a bath and a shower, and plenty of hot water. it had everything a small family needs.

Felt very lucky to have found this motel, as the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
