Our stay at Quest Dunedin was excellent. The kitchenette in our apartment had everything we needed for preparing our own meals, and having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to both the railway station and the city center. We also appreciated the undercover parking available at a reasonable cost. Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as the road and laneway noise, and the lack of cooling in the apartment, the overall experience was great. The staff, particularly Cecelia, were welcoming and knowledgeable, providing us with helpful information about New Year's Eve activities and shopping hours. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved staying at this serviced apartment in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. Being right next to the police station gave us an extra sense of security. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a washer and dryer that came in handy. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Samantha. And the underground parking was a great feature. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

That the room took a while to air out due to the heavy perfume used by the cleaner/air freshener.

During my Xmas stay, the location of the hotel was perfect! It was close to the shops and the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The undercover parking was also a plus, as it kept my car protected from the weather. the room was spacious and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

My experience was negative due to the lack of customer service and poor room conditions. The air con was not working, which made the room extremely stuffy, and opening the window only made it noisy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. Everything was within walking distance, including the beautiful Dunedin railway station and the lively town with its shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with great information about things to do in the area and even for my next destination. The service was top-notch, from the dry cleaning and laundry services to the well-appointed room amenities like the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which allowed me to stay connected during my stay.

I did encounter a minor issue with parking, as someone had parked in my designated spot. However, the staff quickly resolved the problem when I brought it to their attention.

Secure parking, close to amenities, clean and modern room, comfortable bed, great shower, kitchen facilities.
