We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was simply breathtaking, situated on a hill overlooking the picturesque lake, providing us with amazing views of the surrounding area. The staff at the reception and in the bar were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and that we had a comfortable stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

I stayed at a hotel with a fabulous terrace overlooking the lake. The location was great, not far from the center and easy to find near the lake front. The room was spacious, with a separate living area and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. the hotel offered a comfortable stay with stunning views and good service.

The furniture in the room was old-fashioned and in need of renovation.

I had an amazing stay at Villa Sassa and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. The apartment-style rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was a nice added bonus. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the pool and whirlpool were perfect for relaxing. The hotel gardens were beautiful and the free shuttle service was a convenient touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the railway station and a short walk to the old town area and the lakeside. The restaurant services and food are top-notch, ensuring a delightful dining experience. the staff provide efficient and friendly service, making your stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The view from the room is stunning, allowing you to soak in the beauty of the surroundings. The facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and the infinity pool in the garden, provide the perfect opportunities for relaxation and leisure.

While the hotel offers a wonderful experience, there is one small issue concerning the kitchen equipment in the apartments. It would be more convenient if the necessary utensils and kitchenware were provided instead of having to rent them separately.

The wellness and pool facilities are amazing. Excellent views and good location, just a short walk from the train station. Helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sassa Hotel, Residence & Spa - Ticino Hotels Group. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation. The pool and grassy area were perfect for our kids. The welcome drink and free city travel pass were nice touches. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My partner and I chose this hotel for a romantic weekend escape and the complementary chocolate and champagne were a great touch. The location was perfect for us to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful lake view. We also loved the spa and pool facilities that were available to use.

Our stay was affected by the lack of clear communication from some of the staff members, making us feel unwelcome at times. Our room was quite small and the noise from the nearby construction site was very disturbing during the day.

Spacious suites, pet-friendly, excellent breakfast, nice sauna, great spa and pool facilities, beautiful view.
