Beautifully cared for grounds, clean & tidy apartment, good amenities, comfortable beds, warm welcome, great location.

This hotel is a great find within easy walking distance of the city center. The staff are very attentive and always go above and beyond to support your needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good facilities and even a delightful view in some rooms. The breakfast provided is a delicious way to start the day.

Lovely lady, cheerful and welcoming. Immediate rectification of shower problem. Good laundry facilities. Ample off-road parking. Spacious and clean apartment. Well-equipped kitchen. Close to supermarket and town center. Additional towels provided for beach.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a balcony to enjoy. the location was convenient, within walking distance to the town center and supermarket. the lady running the motel was welcoming and helpful, resolving any issues promptly.

The internet connection was unreliable, frequently dropping off. Some noise disturbance from other guests in the courtyard early in the morning.

I had a fantastic overnight stay at a great value for money in peak season. The check-in process was friendly and helpful, and the family unit was spacious and comfortable. The location was surprisingly quiet at night, even though it was near the center of the city. The kitchen was roomy and useful, equipped with a big fridge and freezer compartment. It was exactly what our family needed during our traveling journey. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay.

During our stay at Riverlodge Motel, the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even allowed us to store our luggage while we went hiking. The motel's location is excellent, close to the town center and the shuttle bus stop for the Heaphy Track. The rooms were well-equipped and clean, providing a comfortable stay. I highly recommend Riverlodge Motel for its friendly service and convenient location.

The space for our family group was mind-blowing and the kitchen facilities were super for our needs. The owners were jaw-droppingly gracious and accommodating, even taking care of our dog when we couldn't bring him with us. They kept in touch with us by text and went above and beyond by bringing in an extra bed when we had an additional guest. The location was incredibly convenient, just a few minutes walk to the CBD. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town!
