This place is in a perfect location! It's close to everything - there's a supermarket right next door and plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Plus, it's not far from the city center at all. The rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need for a short-term stay. The host is also very friendly and helpful.

There is no dining table, which can make meals a bit difficult, especially if you have younger children.

We had an amazing stay at a lovely wee house in Dunedin. The owners were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was fully equipped with all the essentials, including good toiletries, a hairdryer, tea, coffee. The kitchen had all the crockery we needed, and there was soap powder and dishwasher tablets provided as well. The heat pump kept the house warm and cozy, and there were electric blankets and extra bedding available if needed. The owners lived next door and were always there to assist us. The location was also perfect, with everything we needed nearby. we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dunedin.

The only drawback we found was the lights from the supermarket below the property at night. However, this was mostly overcome by using the blinds and curtains to block out the light.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was very near to most tourist sites in the city. it was close to a supermarket and numerous shops and eateries, making it convenient for guests. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with ample towels and spare sheets. The host was friendly and approachable, ensuring that guests had all the necessary information upon arrival. The hotel also had unlimited free wifi, making it easy to stay connected during the stay.

The hotel lacked clear instructions regarding rubbish disposal, causing confusion for some guests.

Warm, cosy house with lovely touches like chocolates on pillows. Helpful hosts, great location near shops and cafes. Will stay again if back in the area.

We had a wonderful experience at the Roslyn Sanctuary on Hereford St the host, John, was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the house was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a washer, dryer, and a microwave. the heat blankets in each room were a thoughtful touch, especially on the cold night we arrived. We also enjoyed having access to Netflix. Although we couldn't fully enjoy the nice patio due to the cold weather, we still appreciated the beautiful view of the garden. John and his wife even provided helpful recommendations for nearby attractions, supermarkets, and restaurants.
