We had a great experience staying at a well-done hotel. the room was lovely with a nice bathtub, and the balcony was a great addition. What impressed us the most was the individual heat pump/air con units that allowed us to control the temperature. the staff were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. the location was central, making it convenient for us to explore the city just by walking out the door. We were also pleased with the amazing service from the staff, especially when we arrived early for check-in. the restaurant, Bloody Mary, served the best meal of our entire trip, and we couldn't stop talking about the delicious breakfast. Rydges provided us with a relaxing and enjoyable experience before flying back home.

Our group of friends chose this hotel as our last stop on our South Island adventure. The location was ideal for us, as it provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious and clean. We were pleased to find that the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and we enjoyed dining at the Bloody Mary's bar. The hotel had good Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing us to stay connected with our loved ones back home.

Good location, spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Bloody Marys restaurant had beautiful breakfast and a bar to make your own drinks. We enjoyed zipping around the town on Lime scooters. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

This hotel has a great location! It's just a short walk to the main shopping centers and right by a beautiful park. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.
