During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service and the beautiful accommodations at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of having two on-site eateries and free parking for guests. Despite not being in the center of town, we found the hotel to be a great value for the price, especially considering how expensive San Sebastian can be. The proximity to the beaches and the option of childcare for our baby were added bonuses. we had a wonderful experience at Palacio De Aiete.

The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice amenities.

The walls and ceilings were quite thin, which made it difficult to sleep at night. There were also some maintenance issues, such as a hole in the top sheet and a broken pedal on the trash can.

The hotel had convenient parking facilities and multilingual staff at reception. the room was spacious, clean, and complimentary toiletries were provided. the bar offered delicious drinks and the food at the restaurant was fantastic.

The hard flooring in the room allowed noise from neighboring rooms to be heard easily. the bed was uncomfortable due to its size and lack of proper bedding, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Located on the outskirts of a very interesting city, this hotel is a great base for exploring. It is a short distance from the beach, allowing guests to easily walk straight down to La Concha beach. The rooms are clean and spacious, with modern bathrooms and helpful staff. Guests can enjoy free parking and wifi, as well as vending machines for snacks and drinks on every floor.

The cafeteria opens a bit late in the morning at 8am.

This hotel is located in a nice area above the town, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel also offers a range of services such as room service, laundry, and shuttle service, making my stay even more convenient. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the relaxing sauna.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family. It's a great place to stay with its luxurious amenities and top-notch services.

I felt like I got great value for my money at Palacio De Aiete. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fantastic. The location was a bit outside of the main town, but if you enjoy walking, it's a pleasant 30-minute stroll with nice views. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us.

The food for breakfast could be better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception were welcoming and efficient, speaking multiple languages to make communication easy. The hotel provided free parking, which was a major factor in our choice. The room was spacious and clean, with complementary toothbrushes and soaps. The food at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely amazing, with a great deal on a 3-course meal. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and warm, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely terrace where I could enjoy breathtaking views of the city. Additionally, the hotel had free parking available, eliminating the need for me to worry about finding a spot in this bustling city.
