The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. the decor of the hotel was beautiful and the spa bath in the bathroom was a great feature. the location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The food from room service and breakfast was average, with burnt creme brulee and a lasagne that had to be returned. the room service fee was too high, especially considering the already expensive room rates.

The location couldn't have been better, with key tourist spots just moments away. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with quality furnishings. The in-room dinner service was delicious and the buffet breakfast at the French-themed Left Bank cafe was a definite highlight. The staff were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and excellent amenities.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The reception area was comfortable and luxurious. The room was a perfect size and the bathroom had a spa bath for two. The breakfasts offered a choice between buffet and a la carte, and were well proportioned. The hotel has a gym with all the necessary equipment. The parking was valet and there were no issues with it. The hotel's location was convenient, being just a street away from the main shopping and dining area of the city.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! the room was beautiful and spotless. the attention to detail was impressive, with heated floors in the bathroom and a fantastic range of quality beverages in the room. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. the staff was professional and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that could have been better. the valet fee was quite steep, and the option for self-parking would have been nice.

Convenient location near Fergburger, shops, and restaurants. Lovely bathroom with heated towel rails. Good water pressure in showers. The staff acknowledged and rectified dissatisfaction with a few welcome extras. Excellent beds.
