The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the spa bath in the bathroom was a great feature. The location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The food from room service and breakfast was average, with burnt creme brulee and a lasagne that had to be returned. The room service fee was too high, especially considering the already expensive room rates.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The room was beautiful and spotless. The attention to detail was impressive, with heated floors in the bathroom and a fantastic range of quality beverages in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. The staff was professional and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that could have been better. The valet fee was quite steep, and the option for self-parking would have been nice.

The breakfast was amazing, the room with a mountain view was breathtaking, and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We were blown away by the cleanliness and comfort of the room, especially the deep bathtub with Jacuzzi jets. We will definitely be returning to this outstanding hotel.

We had an amazing luxurious experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, especially when we needed to schedule a last minute spa treatment. The Spa & wellness centre was one of our favorite parts of our stay, with a great selection of treatments and a serene atmosphere. Our room was elegant and spacious, with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony and comfortable bedding. The restaurant offered delicious in-room breakfast options, as well as a variety of tasty snacks at the bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue was the limited entertainment options at the hotel. Although it did not affect our overall experience, it would have been nice to have had more live entertainment events available.

Convenient location near Fergburger, shops, and restaurants. Lovely bathroom with heated towel rails. Good water pressure in showers. The staff acknowledged and rectified dissatisfaction with a few welcome extras. Excellent beds.
