There was a constant negotiation for a lower bond, with the duty manager showing poor attitude and citing unnecessary reasons for the outrageous amount originally requested. The hotel felt worn out and in need of a total refurbishment.

Convenient central location, no need for car. Spacious suites with kitchen and laundry. Newly refurbished rooms. Enjoyed meals at Smoke Pit and Buoy downstairs. Assigned car park system much improved.

The room was exceptional value with a separate bedroom, full kitchen, and a built-in laundry. It was ideal for our family member. The price was fantastic. The hotel was comfortable, inviting, and centrally located to the shore.
