Ask for a unit with updated decor if possible, as some apartments have a more modern feel than others. The self-catering facilities are a bonus for budget travelers.

The spacious studio with an excellent kitchen made our stay enjoyable, but the noise from the street at night was challenging. Overall, the location was ideal for exploring Queenstown without needing a rental car.

The two-bedroom apartment offered plenty of space for our group, with a well-equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy. Location was a major plus, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The parking garage was conveniently located, providing secure spots for our vehicles. However, I noticed a few strands of hair in the bathroom, which made the cleanliness feel lacking. Additionally, some of the furnishings appeared a bit worn, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance.

The apartment felt like a relic from the past and desperately needs an upgrade!!! The noise from the street was unbearable due to single-glazed windows. Also, the lack of basic toiletries and slow response to concerns was disappointing!!!

what an absoluteley disappointing experience. first, the kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking basic utensils. also, the storage space was laughable. as if that wasn't enough, i expected an upgrade as compensation for my troubles, but alas, none came. i almost considered a good review, but these issues just can’t be overlooked!

Room 307 was perfect for our family of 5.

The location is fantastic,, just a couple of minutes from the main attractions. The apartment itself is spacious, making it ideal for families or groups.

Unfortunately, noise insulation is poor between units,, causing sleepless nights when late-night revelers are nearby.

the hotel was charming if you're into dated decor and poor hygene. horror of horrors, my 3.5% surchage for debit payment was a shocker. i must have been missed for the complimentary upgrade i deserved, after all. the outside was picturesque, if only the inside matched. overall, definitely not what i would have imagined for a getaway.

Clean and accommodating service with friendly staff who are always ready to assist.

The location's perfect for exploring all the local shops and restaurants! The staff were super friendly and helped us out with our lost bag. Loved the cozy balcony area after a long day! !

Parking can be a bit cramped, and a few furnishings could use a refresh.

Excellent location in the city center, very close to all attractions! Staff helped with my son's lost bag, which was appreciated. Quiet area with lovely views from the upstairs balcony. Great for families! 👍

The apartments provided ample space for our family. We loved the comfortable beds and the great water pressure in the showers! Don't forget to explore the nearby dining options for local cuisine!
