This apartment is in a great location, very close to everything without any steep hills to walk up. The room was spacious with plenty of space for the children to move around. The staff were attentive to our needs and the apartment complex had its own parking space, which was a plus. The units were clean, warm, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The Wi-Fi was limited, maxing out at 1GB per day, and after that, you had to pay for it.

The separate gateway makes it easy to access the main part of town. The rooms are comfortable, with a small balcony to enjoy the evenings. The area is quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The full kitchen was a money-saver, and the hot water in the deep bath was a plus. The room heaters warmed up quickly, providing a cozy atmosphere.

The staff's welcoming presence and complimentary bottle of bubbly were great, and the location near the heart of town and stunning view of the mountains were top-notch. the bed was comfortable, and the in-room fireplace added a charming touch.

The furniture and decorations were outdated and well-used, leaving the overall feeling of the room unappealing and unromantic. when it came to taking a bath, the hot water ran out after just a few inches of it, providing a major disappointment.

I recently had a great stay at a centrally located apartment in Queenstown. The rooms were spacious, warm, clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the internal access and the bonus of heated floors. The kitchen was also very spacious, which was a definite plus. The location was perfect, with plenty of parking available and easy access to restaurants and shops. I even had a view of the mountains, the lake, and the gondola from my room. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
