I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the onsite restaurant was amazing, with an incredible band, delicious food, and a great selection of wine. the room was spacious, clean, and cozy, and it had a beautiful view of the lake. I loved the complimentary toiletries and the basic tea/coffee facilities. the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to park our truck and car trailer on site. the location was perfect, with a peaceful lake view and no traffic noise. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!

The bathroom had a spacious wet area shower and a great size. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen facility in the 1-bedroom unit was adequate and the room was roomy enough to accommodate a walking frame. The view of the lake and Mt Ruapehu was stunning, just like the pictures. The meals provided were lovely. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy walking distance to town and restaurants, and with the lake right across the door. The staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, tidy, well appointed, and comfortable. The outdoor steaming hot spa pool was a highlight, especially on a cold winter night.

The staff at our wedding were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our day memorable. The complementary bubbly in the room was a wonderful touch. The location was excellent with a jaw-dropping lake view. The room was clean and well-presented, and there were plenty of room options for couples or families. The on-site amenities like the pool, mini golf, and children's play area were a fantastic bonus. The central location allowed us to easily walk everywhere. The 24-hour reception and security gave us peace of mind. our stay was super and exceeded our expectations. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

We loved this place. The location is amazing, just across the road from the lake where lots of people were enjoying many water activities. Also, it's within easy walk of the main shopping area. The view from our room was stunning with the lake in front of us. The service was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the room amenities made our stay very comfortable, especially the electric blankets when we got cold. The dining restaurant provided a great breakfast and dinner, and we enjoyed the bar/lounge area for a nightcap.

During my stay, I was impressed with the location of the hotel. It was close to the town centre and offered easy access to the beautiful lake. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a warm and comfortable bed. The bathroom, although small, was clean and tidy. The staff at reception were excellent and looked after all of my needs. The free car parking and the presence of a playground were also great additions to the hotel's facilities.

There were a couple of minor issues that I encountered during my stay. One of the lights above the kitchen area was not working, which made it difficult to see.
