The location of this budget motel is unbeatable, as it is centrally located and close to all the restaurants, shops, and cafes in the area. Additionally, it is conveniently situated on a main road, making it easily accessible by frequent truck traffic. The rooms are surprisingly modern, clean, and tidy, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Ruapehu from some of the rooms. The friendly and accommodating staff go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The motel also offers facilities such as a private spa pool and a dry room.

Due to room allocation, some guests might find certain bathroom facilities impractical, such as insufficient space for toiletries and a small mirror that is difficult to use.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful and welcoming accommodation. The property manager was helpful and well-spoken, making me feel right at home. The property itself was in immaculate condition, very clean and well-organized. I couldn't fault anything about it. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

The recently renovated unit was warm and cosy, with plenty of space and everything we needed. The shower pressure was fantastic and the location was great, with an easy walk around the corner to the town and very little traffic noise. The parking was convenient and single level, and we especially appreciated the level access from the carpark right into our elderly parents' unit.

Our allocated unit was the disabled one which was frustrating in terms of the bathroom amenities. There was nowhere to hang toiletries and no sink top for facial cleaning.

The hotel provides excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with lovely décor and high-quality bedding. I was pleasantly surprised by the view of the mountain from my room, it was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, close to everything but still private, and within walking distance of the town centre.

Everything was exactly as I was hoping for.
