I had such a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff, Myriam and Monica, were warm and helpful. They even accommodated all of my requests with a smile. The housekeeping team, especially Monica Perez, made sure my room was always clean and tidy, providing exceptional service. The spa staff also gave me a great massage and helped me relax after a long day. The hotel's location in the mountains made for a picturesque and tranquil setting, perfect for a peaceful getaway.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. The friendly and attentive staff, stunning location, and luxurious facilities truly make for an unforgettable experience.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, making us feel at home. the beach was also a secluded bay with little to no waves, perfect for swimming and relaxation. we loved the fact that the hotel was located within close proximity to key attractions and enjoyed discounted rates for nearby golf courses.

The staff was not as friendly as we had hoped and the pools were a bit too warm for our liking, possibly due to the weather or heated features. we had a positive experience, but felt that the friendliness of the staff could have been improved.
