The managers Megan and Alasdair were incredibly charming and helpful. Our two-bedroom apartment was spotless, well-furnished, and had a lovely balcony with a great view. The hotel itself was enchanting and had a peaceful atmosphere. our two-night stay was memorable thanks to the friendly staff and fantastic accommodations. 👍

The decor had a cozy vibe, and the owners' warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Awesome amenities and fantastic local recommendations from Jennifer and Justin added the perfect touch to our getaway. 🌿🍵 a tad pricey, but the unique ambiance, excellent service, and great location made it totally worth it.

The beautiful surrounding landscape, including the opposite peninsula, adds to the charm and tranquility of the location. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with spacious bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the hosts is warm and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The soundproofing of the hotel could be improved, as noise from other guests can sometimes be heard, especially in the morning.

The hotel was beautifully presented, with a welcoming host. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linen was top-notch. Lovely and helpful staff/owners. Upgraded to a bigger suite with great views and provided with information about the building's heritage in the room.

Had the best Easter weekend at this beautiful, well-maintained hotel that is located in a historic village. the owner was very friendly and accommodated us with everything we needed. the bed was really comfortable and we enjoyed the lovely upgraded bathroom. We loved that we had a variety of restaurants and shops that were walking distance from our hotel. It was definitely one of the best advantages of staying in this hotel.

The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking. But overall, our stay was memorable and we would definitely come back to this magic wee spot.

The Old Oak Boutique is a charming and historic accommodation in an ideal location. The building is beautifully restored and combines old world charm with modern comforts. The waterfront location is stunning, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The Tui Garden Studio was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The small enclosed courtyard outside the room was perfect for relaxing. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, providing fresh cut flowers and fresh milk. The only downside was some noise from the road and the air conditioning unit. Despite this, I would highly recommend staying at The Old Oak Boutique for a peaceful and tranquil getaway. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.
