Homely, modern accommodation with a heated pool, jacuzzi, and full kitchen. Conveniently located near the beach and close to local surf spots. Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay easy. Loved the in-room amenities like the washing machine and dryer. Wish we had more time to enjoy everything on offer.

The views were stunning, with the beach just steps away and a 180-degree ocean panorama. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and warm, with a particularly impressive bed. The kitchen was well-furnished, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The pool, spa, and gym added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of the stay.

The Reef Beachfront Apartments were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of bedding and toiletries. The helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, being right across the road from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The onsite secure parking was a bonus.

My recent stay at the beachfront apartments was absolutely amazing. The spacious apartment had a big balcony with a stunning sea view, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool and spa pool were lovely, and the secure parking gave me peace of mind. The manager was extremely helpful and made sure any issues were promptly resolved. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this property.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exclusive amenities that were provided. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were highlights, with sun loungers available for use. We were also thrilled with the beach access, which made it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the room advantages were exceptional, with a private Jacuzzi available for use. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff always on hand to help with our requests.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the lack of a shallow end in the swimming pool. This made it challenging for less experienced swimmers or those with children to enjoy the pool safely.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right across the road from the beach and close to the iconic Mount Maunganui. You can easily enjoy walks on the beach and take in the stunning views. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The property also provides a warm pool and spa, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

It would have been nice to have some basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil and salt/pepper provided.

The complementary wine and chocolates were a nice touch and the towels were soft and fluffy. The location was great, only a short walk to the beach and the views were breathtaking. The heated pool was definitely a highlight and we enjoyed having it mostly to ourselves.

The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. They seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than providing good customer service.
