We chose this motel because it was close to the shops and restaurants in town. It was also conveniently located on the outskirts, which made it easy to access the gardens we wanted to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The service was excellent and the breakfast choices were delivered with a smile. The motel had a great location and provided all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.

The lack of air conditioning in the room, which made it quite uncomfortable on hot days.

The free coffee was great, they had sandwiches too which was really nice. Location was spot on for our plans. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The bed was too soft - we both woke up with sore backs. The room was quite small and it didn't feel very clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, close to everything in Hawera. The hotel offered great service, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry facilities, which made our stay even more convenient. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also loved the garden furniture and the flat-screen TV in our room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the picnic area and snack bar were a nice touch. The free toiletries and electric kettle provided were a bonus. we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.

This hotel is highly recommended for its excellent service and amenities.
