I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, with plenty of reasons to praise it. the location was excellent, offering easy access to all the attractions in the area. the facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the spa and salts provided, which helped me relax and unwind after a long day of work. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the room itself was immaculately clean and well-stocked, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Tussock Peak Lodge is a wonderful place to stay, and I highly recommend it as a top choice in Hanmer Springs.

Within walking distance to shops, pools, activities, and restaurants. Christmas decorations added a nice touch. Can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and spas just a short walk away. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the housekeeping to the tours and ticket assistance. Our room was well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea/coffee facilities. The balcony and sitting area provided a nice space to unwind, and we even had the option to dine on the patio. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. We were also impressed with the free toiletries, kitchen facilities, and flat-screen TV. The hotel's garden area and spa & wellness center added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service.

The staff at reception were very accommodating. The room had a comfortable bed, couch, and a nice view. The spa bath and shower were great. Good location near pools, cafes, and bush walks. We could leave the heaters on while in other units.

As young people, we loved the free wifi and access to Netflix. The views were amazing and the room was cozy with a comfortable king-size bed. The location was perfect, close to the thermal pools, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
