Great central location near Queen St. with 2 bathrooms and separate bedroom from the lounge. Accommodating manager, quiet surroundings, and convenient parking. Ergonomically designed apartments with good views. Reasonable price for a 2-night stay. Lovely staff, comfy bed, and well-equipped kitchen.

The location of the apartment was good as it was fairly close to the main street, although it was up a very steep hill. It was also handy to banks and shops, making it convenient for any necessary errands or shopping needs.

The parking situation was a letdown, as the pre-booked parking turned out to be public parking, which was unavailable upon arrival. This resulted in additional expenses for alternative parking arrangements.

One of the best aspects of this hotel is its fantastic location right in the heart of the city center. You'll find a liquor store conveniently located next door, making it easy to grab a drink or snack. The hotel is also situated at the top of a steep hill, providing stunning views of the surrounding area.

Some minor improvements could be made, but overall, everything was alright.

The value for money was great, we got complimentary tea and coffee and the location was key. We enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities in the room.

The decor was outdated and worn out in some areas, and the room was quite noisy, with sounds from outside and the nearby gate being particularly bothersome.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, especially considering the prices of other accommodations in the area. The attention to detail in the rooms, particularly when traveling with small children, was evident and appreciated. The location, although a bit difficult to find in the basement of another building, is ideal for exploring the city and being close to universities.

The noise from the staff parking area and service entrance made sleeping uncomfortable.
