The location of the hotel was great, with loads of grocery and eating options just nearby. It was also close to the centre of the city, making it easy to explore. The room I stayed in was spacious and had all the facilities I needed, including a kitchenette and laundry facilities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Plus, the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

One downside was that the room was rather close to the wall on one side, which limited the view from the window.

We loved the central location, with everything within walking distance. The convenience of having a convenience store next door and a Subway on the other side was a plus. The room was surprisingly amazing and spacious, and the service from the staff was top-notch. We felt like there was always someone available to help us, even after reception hours. The cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom was excellent, which was important for our small family. And being just a few steps away from the sky tower was a huge bonus.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right across from a shelter for homeless people and next to some very cheap kebab and fried chicken outlets. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The staff treated me like family, making me feel safe and welcomed. They even turned on the lights and drew the curtains for me before my late check-in. the hotel is close to the harbour, offering stunning views.

The down of my stay was the cleaner in the morning who pushed the door open and shoved me aside. It was quite rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

Everything was fantastic.

Convenient location, close to Skycity and the casino. Only a short walk to the harbour. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel while waiting for our airport transfer. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with cooking facilities, a washing machine, and a dryer. The shower was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable amenities.

Close to CBD, great for exploring. Comfortable bed, spacious apartment. David on reception was friendly, helpful, and informative. Easy check-in process and smooth payment notification. Two TVs, one in lounge and one in bedroom. Good for peace and quiet.

The free breakfast and comfy bed were great, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The room was spacious and had a good selection of movies on the TV.

The noise from the street was really loud, making it hard to sleep. Finally, despite requesting a late checkout, we were told we had to leave much earlier than we wanted to.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location couldn't be better - it's just opposite the Sky City and within walking distance to the sea side and some amazing restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided a lot of information before I even arrived. The apartment was well- equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and I loved that I had my own washing machine and dryer to use.

I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the centre of the city. You'll find everything you need within walking distance, from shops to restaurants and even a casino. The rooms are quite spacious and offer a comfortable layout. Despite some wear and tear, they are still satisfactory. The staff is willing to accommodate requests and provide assistance when needed.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The carpets were dirty and lifting at the entrance, and the showers were not properly cleaned.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the city. We enjoyed walking right into downtown and even had good views of the Skytower from our room. It was also great that the hotel was just nearby the Skytower and within walking distance to Queen Street, Britomart, and lots of restaurants around.

That the washing machine flooded the bathroom twice, and the housekeeping skipped our unit, leaving us with used towels.
