The variety and quantity of breakfast at Waters Edge B&B exceeded my expectations. I couldn't finish both the continental and cooked options, but they were delicious. The rooms were nicely furnished and had all the amenities I needed, including free wifi and SKY. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, being close to town and my client's offices.

I recently stayed at a charming bed-and-breakfast with a lovely garden and inviting pool. The staff, especially Alistair, were super friendly and provided excellent service, from a warm welcome tour to a delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and had a comfortable bed. The TV had a great range of channels, and the water pressure in the shower was good. The owner had a good sense of humor and gave helpful suggestions for dinner. The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing stay. Off-road parking was also available.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area within a suburb, making it a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rooms are cozy and have all the essentials we needed for our stay, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices for everyone. Great value for money!

The host was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. the pool looked lovely and well-maintained. the fan and bug screens on the windows helped keep the room cool and comfortable.

Our room faced the driveway, so we could hear all the comings and goings, which affected our privacy. There were no net curtains, so we had to choose between privacy or natural light.

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of some fantastic restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and helpful service. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the hot cooked meals. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking beautiful scenery. The facilities in the room, such as the kitchenette, made it convenient to prepare our own meals.

The walls were a bit thin, allowing for some noise from neighboring rooms.

Had an enjoyable Easter break. the complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day, and the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. the decor in the room was lovely and there was a cute little garden to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

the charming hotel-style rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with ensuite bathrooms and minibars. the peaceful location was ideal, and we even had the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing swim in the deep pool. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring our homemade breakfast was delicious. With great hospitality and helpful recommendations for sightseeing, I highly recommend this accommodation.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and tidy. the location was convenient, being within walking distance of local shops and with plenty of parking available. the breakfast provided was fantastic, with a wide variety of choices and a personal touch.

Some aspects of the property could use improvement. the pool could do with a new paint job and a thorough cleaning to remove bugs and leaves.

The Waters Edge B&B was family-oriented and respectful. The owner's children were well-behaved, displaying cultural awareness and sensitivity. The staff provided excellent assistance when needed. The breakfast was delicious and served as a great opportunity to meet other guests. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with amenities like a kitchenette and large TV. The B&B also had a nice pool.
