The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the town. It's a stone's throw away from the harbour and the village centre, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff are friendly and always ready to have a chat, especially when having a drink in the pub in the afternoon. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, with some even offering great views of the town. The breakfast served here is exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options.

The bathroom can be a bit chilly, but overall, it's a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience at this hotel.

Additionally, being by the sea provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast offered at the hotel was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

We had a great stay in a small hotel right in the centre of the town. The room was clean and comfortable, with freshly laundered bed linen and fluffy white towels in the bathroom. The staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfasts were fantastic, cooked fresh every morning. We also enjoyed the delicious meals in the restaurant, especially the steak and ale pie. The hotel is also dog and child friendly, which was a big bonus for us.

Some of the room decor left a lot to be desired, especially in the attic room we were given. The tatty paintwork and sloping floors made it feel like staff quarters rather than guest accommodation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the centre of a lovely little town. The hotel was great value for money, with very comfortable beds and en-suite facilities. I absolutely loved staying at this place! The room was huge and had a really comfy bed, perfect for a budget traveler like me. The welcome I received in the "Snug" was warm and homely, and I didn't feel like I was intruding on the locals in the main bar area. They even stored my bike for me in the garage. Dinner was a bit more expensive than usual, but totally worth it. The haggis/black pudding balls were the best I've ever tasted and the main dish was lovely too. Breakfast was also good. I'll definitely be coming back when I return to the area. Thanks for a great end to my holiday!

Spent Thanksgiving at a lovely hotel with fantastic value. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with fresh local produce and there were lots of choices. the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was lovely. the hotel was in an excellent central location, close to shops and pubs, but not at all noisy at night. our room had a fabulous view over the green and a beautiful window seat.

The bathroom in our last-minute booked attic section was a bit of a climb, and there was no wardrobe in the main room. the shower cabin was quite small, and there was no shelf for toiletries or soap bag.

Fantastic service, great communication, recently refurbished rooms, secure bike storage, good views.

The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the centre of the lovely little town. We were able to easily explore the town and visit local attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast, especially the cooked breakfast, was delicious and cooked to order. The room had a beautiful view of the nearby church and the bed was very comfortable. it was a convenient and comfortable stay.

The room was quite cold and took a while to heat up due to the lack of central heating.
