We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel with excellent staff. The spa treatments were incredible, and the beds were very comfortable. The gardens complemented the building perfectly, and the pool was sheltered from the wind. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The breakfast service was memorable, even when we arrived late. We also enjoyed the fabulous salad served at the bar. it was a perfect escape.

The hotel offered complementary wine and chocolates upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The location was great, walking distance to shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the city.

The noise level in the morning was quite disruptive, with staff and maintenance crews starting work very early and being quite loud. The pillows provided were not very comfortable and affected our sleep quality.

We had a fantastic stay at the newly completed Royal St. Andrews Hotel. The food and service in all the restaurants were excellent, prepared with a flair. The hotel had a posh gourmet style restaurant with a menu that impressed us with its relatively modest prices. The oversized bed and choice of pillows provided a comfortable and tailored sleeping experience. Our room was spacious, quiet, and measured around 45 m2 including a large bathroom. The hotel also offered ample and safe free parking. The nearby 90-year-old original hotel, sympathetically restored, had a delightful pub and restaurant, adding to the overall charm of the place. The staff and management were competent, friendly, and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. The hotel's location in a lovely part of town, across from the scenic Royal St. Andrews Golf Club with free roaming antelope, made it a great base for exploring the region.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. We could hear soft music playing in our room from the hotel's system, which disturbed my wife's sleep at night.
