All was perfect.

We had a short layover in Muscat and Oman Air put us up in Best Western Premier. Free transportation and lunch were provided. The hotel was clean, the meals were impressive, and the room was well-maintained. Although it's not centrally located, it was perfect for our quick refresh. I would recommend this hotel.

Rachid provided an early check-in, clean rooms, good breakfast, and a Starbucks in the lobby. Location is convenient, staff is friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a spacious room and had a satisfying experience. No comments on standard rooms. Charlene at the front desk is exceptional and memorable. Comfortable, albeit dated room with reasonable WiFi speed. Most staff is friendly, except for one pompous check-in manager.

This hotel is a great budget option for travellers visiting the Gulf. The location is convenient for public transportation and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms are clean and the staff provides great service. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, with options for all dietary needs. The view from some rooms is breathtaking.

The hotel was excellent in terms of value for money, with a lovely room, perfect wifi, and a convenient location near the Royal Opera House. The staff also provided great local knowledge and tips for getting around. Breakfast was enjoyable and I was especially grateful for the impeccable service from Jun and Chermine, who became like friends to me. I can't wait to come back!

The room was spacious and had excellent facilities. The staff were kind and provided everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and other parts of the city. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a lovely location very close to popular attractions. As a traveler who relies on public transportation, I appreciated that it was conveniently situated away from the main road, making it easy to get around while still remaining quiet. The staff were also incredibly helpful in recommending taxi prices and even provided me with cash to pay for them. The amenities were top-notch, with a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness studio. I also enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which was available throughout the hotel.

Families may want to note that walking to the beach may be a bit of a trek. However, with the fantastic car hire service and shuttle service on offer here, this is hardly an issue.

Loved the executive floor with its fancy amenities and snacks all day. The modern decor and indoor pool were delightful. Safety first with fire extinguishers and a security system. So convenient!

Oh, how I enjoyed walking 20 minutes in the scorching heat to find a decent restaurant. Absolutely thrilling.

The noise level at night was unbearable due to nearby construction activities. the room's walls were thin and made it challenging to sleep through the night.
