loved everything about my stay. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially virgillo. they even accommodated my request for an extra bed free of charge. the pool area was amazing, and the gym was well equipped. location was great with restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at City Seasons Hotel. the 4-star hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and restaurant, making it easy for us to explore and dine. the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, allowing us to settle in and depart without any hassle. the family rooms were quiet, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family. the hotel met all our expectations, except for the lack of a microwave oven in the room. we were highly satisfied with our experience and would definitely choose to stay at City Seasons Hotel again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in central Muscat area, and I must say it was a great experience. the location was perfect, with shopping malls just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located right next to the main road, making it easy to get to the airport or downtown. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and fresh bed sheets. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the hot water was clear and without any issues. The service provided by the staff was welcoming and efficient. it was a pleasant stay with everything I needed.

The only downside was that the kids play area was a bit dark and gloomy, which might not be suitable for children who are easily scared.
