The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. They even upgraded our room when there was an issue with the hot water. The hotel's location was also excellent, situated in a convenient area with easy access to attractions and shops. Additionally, the security measures in place to access the rooms provided a sense of safety.

The room we booked without a window was extremely small, even for a budget hotel. It felt cramped and lacked enough space for comfortable movement.

This hotel is amazing, especially because of its central location to bars, restaurants, and other tourist attractions. You can easily walk to Liverpool One, the docks, and Lime Street Station. The rooms are decent, with a nice view, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was fantastic.

The Christmas atmosphere was amazing with lots of beautiful decorations all around and a complementary hot cocoa. the hotel was situated right at the heart of the city with all the tourist spots a stone's throw away. the windows provided a great view of the lively street with glowing Christmas lights. the bed was super comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

The constant noise from the other guests, especially those returning from Christmas parties, dominated the peaceful environment. the walls were thin, and we could hear their conversations and laughter until late at night, making it hard to fall asleep.
