The hotel had a large TV where we could enjoy the latest movies and live football games. It was a great way for the whole family to relax and have fun together.

My children wanted a bigger play area for kids.

We loved the location as it was close to the Royal Opera House area with its vast expanse of flat golden sand offering breathtaking views. There were plenty of shopping centers and Indian restaurants around the area. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to the Ruwi bus station making it easy to travel to Dubai. The rooftop pool was great, and the room was spacious. However, the breakfast was limited for vegetarians.

The night receptionist was unprofessional and rude, lacking diplomacy.

Our Christmas stay was completely ruined by the terrible noise levels in our room, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the room had a very outdated bathroom, and the ventilation system was so noisy that we were almost unable to sleep.
