The location is perfect as it's in the middle of the city and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities such as table tennis, comfortable beds, and a big bathroom will make sure your stay is comfortable. Plus, the breakfast included is amazing, with many various options to choose from.

During our Xmas trip, we enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink and cookies upon our arrival. the hotel has a great location, just a few steps away from the main road where we found a lot of transportation options and food chains to choose from. we really appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff.

The facilities seemed outdated and could use some maintenance. the towels were a bit worn out, and we had to ask for some basic amenities like slippers and dental kits.

I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They even accommodated my request for a late check-out. the room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool. the location is convenient, with easy access to the airport and a short walk to the mall. the receptionist was also kind enough to give me some tips on visiting the Royal Opera. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
