From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and warmth. the staff ensured that I had everything I needed, whether it was providing alternative milk for my coffee and tea in my room or arranging transportation for me to visit the Grand Mosque. They even allowed me a later check-out to accommodate my flight schedule. Each morning at breakfast, the staff made sure to cater to my dairy allergy, ensuring that I could enjoy a meal without any worries. This level of thoughtfulness and consideration really made a difference in my stay. the hotel provided a perfect balance between relaxation and productivity, offering comfortable spaces where I could work on my projects. the indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and jacuzzi were also wonderful amenities that added to the overall experience. As a solo female traveler, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff made me feel safe and well-cared for. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Our stay was comfortable and luxurious with superb rooms, fantastic facilities, and accommodating staff. The hotel is situated in the business district and has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The dinner buffet was excellent and the desk staff welcomed us early after an overnight flight. The concierge lent us an Oman guidebook.

The bar prices were high.

We loved the trendy design and decor of the Sheraton Oman. The color scheme was vibrant and stylish, creating a cool atmosphere. The sound-proofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. The room-cleaning staff were friendly and presented the rooms immaculately. In-room dining portion sizes were generous and satisfying.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options. I appreciated the hotel's honesty when I accidentally overpaid and they quickly refunded me without any hassle. The pool area was clean and relaxing. a great stay.

The room was comfortable with a lovely decor. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the breakfast had plenty of options and the complementary snacks throughout the day were great. the hotel's location was central, making it easy to explore the city. the TV had a good range of channels to choose from.

The check-in process was poor, taking a total of 3 hours due to high capacity. Another downside was the hotel bar, which seemed to cater more to non-hotel guests than their own guests.

The facilities are exceptional, including a well-maintained pool, sauna and hot tub. The spacious rooms are clean and modern with free water. Friendly staff who go above and beyond. Location is convenient for exploring the city. Good food options available with excellent quality.

Good the luxurious amenities at this hotel fulfilled my every need. the Spa & wellness centre was a true delight and the indoor swimming pool provided an excellent alternative to the outdoor facilities. the sauna was a wonderful place to unwind and relax. the service was superb and the staff were always available to assist with my every request.

Cons the only minor concern I had was the lack of live entertainment. I was hoping for something to do in the evenings other than just hanging out in the restaurant or bar.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to various attractions and activities. However, after working hours, it can be a bit quiet in the area and you may need to travel to other areas for cafes and restaurants. Normal taxis are readily available for visiting everywhere.

The service in general is poor, with unresponsive staff. It's hard to call them for anything, so we had to go down to the front desk every time we needed something.
