The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early. They even showed us the room before we paid. The hotel is conveniently located next to local amenities that are open till late. This made it easy for us to access shops and food courts during our stay. the room was great and had all the necessary amenities.

In one of our rooms, the TV signal didn't work too well and the light in the bathroom was quite dim. Although these were minor issues, they did affect our overall experience at the hotel.
