This place suits me perfectly! I love the comfy bar/lounge area, 24-hour reception, and the delicious breakfast. The staff were always helpful, giving me great tips about town during my first stay. I’ll definitely return for Christmas!

We really enjoyed our stay, particularly the excellent breakfast with a variety of options and the friendly staff who were always ready to help. The complimentary travel pass for local transportation made getting around super easy, and we loved how close the hotel was to the city center, allowing us to explore comfortably.

One downside was the inconsistent air conditioning, which made our room a bit warm at times.

Consider exploring the electric bikes available in the stairwell for a fun and unique way to see Basel quickly and easily.

Couldn’t fault

the so-called tea/coffee maker was dusty and dirty, an absolute embarrassment for a 4-star hotel. I was also looking forward to a complimentary gift for my stay, but apparently, they just ignore special requests. almost gave a good review, but then I remembered the uncomfortable pillows, how unforgivable! 5 stars woudl ve been nice, but not today.

Inconsistent air conditioning that fails to cool the room properly!!! Noise from the street disrupts sleep, and parking availability is problematic!!! Lack of basic bathroom amenities like shampoo is not ideal!!! Room cleanliness could use more attention!!!
