my second stay at a great spot in Basel exceeded my expectations. Dorint was exceptional- friendly staff, comfortable room, and convenient location with free public transport.

The hotel is conveniently located near the conference centre and the airport, making transportation very easy. the hotel provides guests with public transportation passes, which was an added bonus. the breakfast was nice and had a variety of options. We appreciated the complementary snacks that were given to us at the bar.

The twin room we were given had two single beds pushed together with separate sheets and duvets, making for a very uncomfortable sleep. the sofa bed provided was not very comfortable and smelled strange.

We had a great stay here! The location is very easy to find and quite peaceful due to being in a residential area, perfect for a good night's rest after a busy day. The hotel is also easily accessible by bus to the city centre and within walking distance from the conference center. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious with a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and flat-screen TV.
