the efficient hot water system and excellent breakfast in a grand dining hall made our visit pleasant. Enjoyed the abundance of well-preserved wood decor throughout. a delightful experience. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with Mall Road just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is quick to respond and provides excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious, with a variety of Pakistani cuisine to choose from.

Some basic amenities such as bathroom kits and towels were not initially provided and had to be requested.

We had a great Easter stay! the rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was very hospitable. the location was ideal, just a 7-8 minute walk to the main shopping area. Heating kept us very warm during the colder nights, and the Pakistani breakfast was delicious! We were also happy with the quick and positive response from the staff.

While the bedrooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing, basic amenities were missing and the bathroom attached to one of the rooms was too small without a shower facility. We had to ask for slippers, hairdryer, and dustbin which were not already provided.
