The location of the hotel is fantastic, with Mall Road just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is quick to respond and provides excellent service. The breakfast offered is delicious, with a variety of Pakistani cuisine to choose from.

Some basic amenities such as bathroom kits and towels were not initially provided and had to be requested.

We had a great Easter stay! The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was very hospitable. The location was ideal, just a 7-8 minute walk to the main shopping area. Heating kept us very warm during the colder nights, and the Pakistani breakfast was delicious! We were also happy with the quick and positive response from the staff.

While the bedrooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing, basic amenities were missing and the bathroom attached to one of the rooms was too small without a shower facility. We had to ask for slippers, hairdryer, and dustbin which were not already provided.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities like a private garden area and high-quality room facilities. The staff were prompt in their service and always greeted us with a warm smile. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of international cuisines. The location advantages were immense as it was only a short walk away from the main shopping areas.

Only one minor issue we faced during our stay was that some exclusive facilities like a hairdryer and slippers were not provided initially but were promptly given upon our request. Other than this, our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we highly recommend it for its hospitality, exclusive amenities, and location advantages.
