This hotel has stunning views and a peaceful, attractive ambiance. the location on top of a hill is awesome, offering an excellent view of the River Neelum. the staff, especially Muzaffar at the front desk, were lovely and cooperative, making my stay enjoyable. the hotel grounds are stunning with beautiful views, and the breakfast was good with many continental and local choices. the made-to-order egg station was a nice touch, and the restaurant provided delicious meals. the atmosphere was very peaceful, making it one of the best hotels I have visited.

They were attentive and eager to assist with any requests or concerns. Lastly, the bed in the room was extremely comfortable, with cozy tapestries above the bed that added a touch of beauty to the space.

One major downside was the condition of the mattresses in the room. They were old and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

During my Xmas visit, I enjoyed the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. I was surprised with the delicious complimentary breakfast and the mouth-watering blend of traditional cuisine. the hotel's key location offers an incredible view of the scenic mountains. I was fond of the luxurious and comfortable bedding provided in the room.

The gift shop lacked appeal, and the mini-bar charges were unwarranted, especially when some food items were already provided in the room. while the experience was positive, these two aspects could have been managed better.

This hotel has luxurious amenities that cater to all our needs. the exclusive garden area was a perfect place to relax with a book and enjoy the beautiful landscape. the in, room dining experience was top, notch with a choice of halal food and special diet menus.

In my experience here, the staff seemed a bit understaffed. Although the customer service was excellent, I had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the glasses and plates.
