This hotel has stunning views and a peaceful, attractive ambiance. the location on top of a hill is awesome, offering an excellent view of the River Neelum. the staff, especially Muzaffar at the front desk, were lovely and cooperative, making my stay enjoyable. the hotel grounds are stunning with beautiful views, and the breakfast was good with many continental and local choices. the made-to-order egg station was a nice touch, and the restaurant provided delicious meals. the atmosphere was very peaceful, making it one of the best hotels I have visited.

The highlight of the stay was the incredibly attentive and respectful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the peaceful ambiance and beautiful views from the room added to the overall relaxation of the stay. One area that could be improved is the quality and promptness of service during breakfast.

The location of Pearl Continental Hotel was absolutely stunning. I was surrounded by breathtaking views of nature throughout my entire stay. Additionally, the temperature control in the building was excellent, providing a comfortable environment at all times.

The view and location were the best parts of our stay. The staff were attentive, polite, and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The high tea was delicious, and they even made a special dish for me with less spice. The room they assigned us had a beautiful view, and we felt well taken care of by the hotel team.

This hotel has luxurious amenities that cater to all our needs. the exclusive garden area was a perfect place to relax with a book and enjoy the beautiful landscape. the in, room dining experience was top, notch with a choice of halal food and special diet menus.

In my experience here, the staff seemed a bit understaffed. Although the customer service was excellent, I had a minor issue with the cleanliness of the glasses and plates.
