Loved the Deluxe King Room – super cozy with air conditioning and a walk-in shower. Staff were amazing! Breakfast had plenty of options, from Desi dishes to healthy stuff. The fitness center was a perk too. Enjoyed the massage at the spa. Definitely made my stay in Lahore more enjoyable.

i was absolutely amazed by the breakfast, but it was absurdly heavy like leftover dinners! and don't even get me started on the room service, it was beyond unresponsive, requiring multiple calls to get basic requests addressed. as someone who deserves better, i expected an upgrade or a complimentary gesture for all my troubles. really disappointed.

i recently stayed for 4 nights in ramada, and it was a delightful experience. the breakfast had an impressive range, from fresh waffles to fried eggs, which really started my mornings off right. the room service was quick and helpful, making my stay in lahore truly enjoyable.

Highly recommend this place. The management team and staff members are very hospitable and detail-oriented. Breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette station. The location is ideal for exploring the city. I enjoyed a comfortable stay in a Deluxe King Room for 3 nights.

Loved the themed dinner nights. they were a highlight of my stay. The internet speed could definitely use improvement.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a few troubling incidents. we found the reception staff to be unprofessional, which negatively impacted our first impression. An inappropriate comment made by one of the receptionists left my wife and me feeling uncomfortable, and this overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. Additionally, the communication regarding room service was poor, making it frustrating to place orders when we were hungry. I sincerely hope these issues are addressed by the management.

Loved the luxurious ambiance and fantastic amenities like the salon, massage services, and gym. The swimming pool was a hit with my family!

I really enjoyed the cozy Deluxe King Room and the lovely heated pool during my 3-night family stay. The spa services, especially the full body massage, were just what I needed to unwind. The only downside was that the small scale in our room was tricky to use, but it didn’t take away from the great experience! 😊

The central location facilitated easy access to the main parts of the city, and the air purifier provided in the room was a thoughtful touch given the local air quality concerns. Food options were impressive, especially the Asian dishes, which were incredibly flavorful. Although room service was somewhat slow, the efficient laundry service compensated for it. A minor drawback was the temperature regulation in the pool area, which was undergoing maintenance during the visit.
