The hotel had an amazing rooftop view and a nice swimming pool. the location was very convenient, close to the metro and lots of restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The noise insulation between rooms was not great, which was a bit bothersome.

As a tourist, I loved the amazing view of the city from the 10th floor and the rooftop bar with a pool. The room was spacious with nice toiletries. The breakfast was great, with different hot dishes every day and a cozy restaurant design. Conveniently, there were nice restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a metro within walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was great, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that it was right by the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and professional, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was fantastic, spacious and very clean. We also had a big terrace with our room, although we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The shower was really good and the rooftop pool had a nice view of the city. the staff, especially at breakfast and the rooftop bar, were very friendly and helpful.

The beds were too soft and caused back pain. There were issues with getting the correct room, and the towels for the pool never arrived.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near the metro station and Cinta Costera for walking, running, and cycling. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered great city views. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the poolside fish dinner on Christmas Eve was delightful.
